Shipping is free on all orders within the domestic United States. For orders delivered in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada, shipping charges will apply and will appear in your cart.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days via UPS Ground.
USA Domestic packages typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii generally take 7 to 10 business days, depending on weather and other factors.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order without a fee, so long as the order has not yet shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as any incurred shipping costs. To cancel an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although we try our best to inform you before your order is placed, an item may be on backorder due to the popularity of certain products.
In the event that your order is on backorder, you will have the option to cancel at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery timeframe, it would be subject our return policy.
Because our products are personal and intimate in nature, once opened they cannot be returned.
You may, however, exchange any product for a different size or fit within 100 days of receipt.
Unopened products may be returned; refunds will be issued according to the method of payment used at purchase.
